Background
Client ran an AirBnb rental from their property and wanted to bring down operating costs.
Solution
After an on-site inspection, we recommended a 10kW system paired with a virtual battery feed-in tariff. The virtual battery would help the client reduce bills to €0 and earn credit when the property did not have tenants.
We wired the cables through the existing ducting to ensure no messy, visible wiring.
Result
Client’s setup reduces bill to €0 when property does not have tenants.
