Background
Client previously had a hazardous, uncertified solar installation which didn’t reduce their bills as expected.
Solution
After an on-site inspection and three separate consultations, we had no choice but to recommend removing the old installation due to system safety hazards.
We went for an east-west set up to maximise solar electricity production. This was due to the client’s property orientation and available roof space.
We added a 5kWh battery for optimal performance. This is because the client’s electricity consumption was very high due to multiple high-power appliances. We also installed the 10kWh solar inverter to allow for future expansion without needing to replace any part of. the system.
Result
Client’s monthly electricity bills reduced by 80%.
