What the Scholarship Actually Is
Marblanc Solar is one of the most established solar installation companies on the Costa del Sol & Costa Blanca. Every month, we invite one qualified electrician to join us — not as an observer, but as a working member of our team.
Over four weeks, you rotate through every part of the business:
- on-site installations
- property surveys
- system designs
- client appointments
By the end, you understand how a professional solar company operates from the ground up.
You leave with a Marblanc accreditation and ongoing aftercare support from our team.
Who This Is For
The scholarship is open to qualified electricians only. You don’t need prior solar experience – but you do need to be serious about building a future in the industry.
Places are limited to one per month. The process is application-only. We review every enquiry personally and only invite candidates we believe are the right fit.
If you’re accepted, you’ll be contacted directly to discuss the details on a short Zoom call before any commitment is made.
