A residential villa in Estepona, Málaga, came to Marblanc Solar with straightforward goals: reduce a monthly electricity bill running at over €117 and put the roof to work. We installed a 3.6kW system – six high-output monocrystalline panels paired with a Huawei inverter – cutting the client’s annual electricity costs by 53% and saving close to €750 in the first year alone.
The client’s motivation was straightforward: a monthly electricity bill of €117.64 – over €1,400 a year – and a well-positioned roof that was doing nothing to offset it. The priority was a reliable, low-maintenance system that would make a meaningful dent in running costs without overcomplicating the setup.

Our team installed all six panels on the villa’s south-west facing roof plane in a clean 2×3 configuration, positioning the array to capture consistent solar exposure from mid-morning through the afternoon. The Huawei SUN2000-3.68KTL-L1 inverter was mounted and integrated with the property’s existing electrical system, with the Huawei FusionSolar monitoring app configured so the client can track output and consumption in real time.
All cabling was routed cleanly out of sight – DC lines from the array concealed within conduit runs down to the inverter, AC connections integrated neatly into the distribution board. High-grade waterproof membranes and sealing compounds were applied at every roof penetration point, preserving the integrity of the terracotta-tiled roof for the long term.
Once the system was live, we secured the client’s feed-in tariff with a virtual battery to ensure any surplus generation earns a return rather than going to waste. Over the following two weeks, our team monitored daily electricity usage, recommended plug timer adjustments to align consumption with peak solar hours, and set up access to the Huawei FusionSolar app. The client was also added to our Monday–Sunday aftersales care WhatsApp group for ongoing support.
