Marblanc Solar has been featured in Euro Weekly News after donating over 180 gift-wrapped toys and gift packages to the Costa Christmas Collection.
The gift donations helped the Asociación Hadas Caradas secure presents for “every child” across five orphanages and 180 vulnerable families.
On Sunday, 7 December 2025, organisers of the appeal reported receiving over 3,000 gifts across 14 drop-off points – it meant each child supported by the charity will have “three gifts” each.
Presents are being distributed between now and Christmas Day to children in Costa del Sol orphanages, at food banks and in domestic violence refuges.
Marblanc Solar’s Toy Shop Run in Marbella
As shown in the video above – and the images below – the Marblanc Solar team spent the day visiting local toy shops in Marbella, picking out and wrapping a wide range of gifts.
The presents purchased – from teddy bears and dolls to board games, trucks, and toy guitars.
The whole Marblanc Solar team then chipped in to wrap presents and deliver to a nearby drop-off point in Marbella.
“We wanted to contribute”
Roman Mitchell, co-owner of Marblanc Solar said:
“Solar is about lowering bills – but it’s also about doing the right thing with the position we’re in. Seeing how much work the volunteers put in, we wanted to show up properly and contribute in a big way.”

“When you’re on the ground choosing gifts, it hits you that this isn’t a number – it’s children who deserve a proper Christmas. We’re proud our team could help make sure more kids get something to open this year.”

Hadas Caradas and the Costa Christmas Collection volunteers have once again organised one of the biggest seasonal efforts on the Costa del Sol.
They work tirelessly collecting, sorting and distributing gifts so no child goes without a present.
