The client wanted a solar installation because they wanted to reduce their high electricity bills. Marblanc Solar installed a 23.1kWp solar energy system, which will also reduce electricity costs by over €5,371 a year.
The client in San Pedro de Alcantara, Marbella, was looking for a way to significantly lower their substantial energy expenditure.
As Marblanc Solar has completed many installations in Marbella, the client contacted us for a free solar survey. The process included a detailed on-site visit, a comprehensive drone analysis of the property, a shading scan to identify optimal panel placement, and a customised proposal.
During the visit, our survey engineer learned that the client was spending over €8,491 a year on electricity.
The client’s main request was to maximise energy production to achieve the highest possible savings. Our team used Pylon simulation software to calculate the optimal layout and panel placement on the villa’s roof, ensuring the proposal was designed for peak performance throughout the year.
Our proposal demonstrated how the system would reduce their electricity bills by over €5,371 a year, cutting their average monthly bill from around €708 down to just €260.
Our team of certified installers fitted a powerful 23.1kWp system, comprising 55 high-efficiency solar panels, an inverter, and a battery storage unit. The installation was carefully configured across the main roof areas of the villa in San Pedro de Alcantara.

While Marblanc Solar provided an initial proposal designed to cut the client's bills by over 80%, the client requested an adjusted proposal due to aesthetic concerns about the roof layout. The finalised system still delivers a substantial 63% reduction in their monthly electricity costs, a fantastic result for this Marbella home.
