Remote Performance Monitoring

For the first two weeks after your installation, we monitor your consumption before making recommendations to maximise your savings. After that, monitoring stays on so that whenever you have a question, we can access your data from our office.

We provide a 25-year workmanship warranty agreement for all our solar energy installations. This is in addition to you 25-year equipment warranties, and means we’re responsible for the proper functioning of your system as promised.

Delivering 8% Further Savings As Promised

This client in Marbella had a monthly bill of €3,309 in August before going solar. We promised an 87% reduction but the client’s bill only fell 79% to €700 a month. We returned again to install plug timers and find a better solar feed-in tariff – as a result, the client’s bill fell to €432 and the 87% promise was delivered.

A Sunday Callout for an Inverter Fault – Resolved the Same Day

A client in Marbella contacted us through their direct WhatsApp channel after their solar inverter began shutting down and throwing an error code. We sent our nearest in-house qualified electrician round that Sunday. The fault turned out to be a ground fault related to their electric gate rather than the panels themselves – but we provided the assistance regardless. Same day, in-house, no argument about whose responsibility it was.

A homeowner in Sotogrande had 33 solar panels installed with us but wasn’t ready to invest in a battery straight away. Our Story

When Adam Millington founded Marblanc Solar out of our Marbella office in 2022, he'd already spent years working as a qualified electrician on the Costa del Sol. What does remote consumption monitoring actually do?

Remote consumption monitoring allows our team to see exactly how your solar system is performing in real time – how much energy your panels are generating, how much your home is consuming, and how efficiently your battery is charging and discharging if you have one. If we spot anything that suggests your system isn’t performing as it should, or if there are changes you could make to maximise your savings – switching the timing of high-draw appliances, for example – we’ll flag it directly through your WhatsApp channel.

Can I get the aftersales care package if my system was installed by another company?

Yes – our aftersales care package is available to any homeowner on the Costa del Sol or Costa Blanca for €400 per year, regardless of who carried out the original installation. If you’ve been left without support by your original installer, or simply want the peace of mind of having a qualified, in-house team behind your system, get in touch and we’ll discuss what’s involved.

What happens if my solar system develops a fault?

If your system develops a fault, you contact us directly through your dedicated WhatsApp channel – available 24/7. We’ll assess the issue remotely where possible, or dispatch one of our in-house qualified electricians for an emergency callout if needed. Because we use an in-house team rather than subcontractors, there’s no confusion about who is responsible. We are – and our 25-year workmanship warranty makes that a legal commitment, not just a promise.

Is the aftersales care package really free?

Yes – for every client who installs a solar system with Marblanc Solar, the aftersales care package is included free of charge for three years from the date of installation. After three years, it’s available to continue for €400 per year. The package includes remote consumption monitoring, a direct WhatsApp channel with your survey engineer, project manager and co-owners, emergency callouts, free annual servicing, and a free annual panel clean during calima or pollen season.

A qualified electrician or survey engineer visits your property, conducts a precision drone scan of your roof, checks your intake and analyses your actual electricity usage. There's also a thorough Q&A process.

We Build Your Proposals

Your survey engineer models your roof geometry, shading, orientation and seasonal solar variation using the world's leading solar design software. We size the system to hit your savings targets, determine the optimal panel layout, and produce a fully itemised proposal.

Proposal Presentation

Your survey engineer contacts you within 48 hours for a second site visit to present the proposal. You can ask for instant adjustments on the spot – adding or removing panels, switching equipment or modelling a battery. Everything updates in real time.
